Can I first say how freakin excited I am that Britney Spears' new album came out today and she is coming to Minneapolis on her tour!! AWHHH CANT WAIT! Usher and Britney all in 1 summer! Wooop :) Greatest day alive! I am also currently watching a sneak peak of her special coming up this Sunday on MTV called "femme fatale" hmmmm... k

Anyways....

I love when department stores have their big spring sales! It means awesome deals for me! I found a couple of great items when I was scrounging around for some nice little things.

Marc by Marc Jacobs originally $68.00 but on sale for $47.60

Aqua $88.00 but I received 20% off for F&F at Bloomingdales! (I know this looks orange in the picture but it is actually pink)

Now.... I am torn. I love Tory Burch and these 2 bags will be 30% off plus 20% off this weekend for F&F. I want the black Tory Burch Dafino Hobo but it is $465.00 and will still be around $259.00 and for some reason I really cant justify that. The smaller Tory Burch Novelty Mini Bag is also pretty cute and that would only be around $140.00. Hmmm....

But I think that I should save my money for THIS....!

Island Style

I just came home from a week and a half in beautiful Maui and while I was there I explored cute little towns and fell in love with Paia. This was probably the most adorable town I have ever been too exploding with the smallest and best boutiques that I had ever shopped at! I fell in love with one named Mahina, they have tons of other stores in other cities on the island of Maui but this one was so quaint I wanted it all to myself!
I found some cute things which has inspired me to maybe MAYBE open my own little boutique, I am starting to become more frustrated with finding clothing that I like that is also affordable and stylish! So maybe just maybe I will open my own store to cure that frustration.

My Favorite Kind of Shoe

FLATS. I love flats. They look cute with skinny jeans, causal dresses and I am obsessed with my Tory Burch Reva flats. Which doesn't surprise me that I now love her Eddie Ballet Flats! So cute! I recently purchased my coveted pair in Royal Tan, such a gorgeous brown color I cant wait to wear them for spring!

Speaking of shoes, I just received my 2nd pair of Hunter boots in the mail today! I will post a picture later. But I seriously love my Hunter's! So chic for a rainboot ;) 

Spring Favorites

I love blazers! I think that they add a bit of class to a boring outfit and you can always spice up a typical black blazer with some fun accessories. I found these linen blazers at Bloomingdales and had to get both; the white and navy! They ran a little big and I ended up going with 2 smalls! (I was happy about that ;)

Friday Finds!

I love to find a great deal, who doesn't?! These are my Friday finds!

Dress is by BCBGeneration and it is $29.50 originally $98 at Bloomingdales!

I love the color blocking and the colors! Perfect for a fun night out!

My next find is my absolute FAVORITE! I seriously cannot believe that I found this bracelet for almost $100.00 off of its original price. TIP: Scour big department store markdowns in any department because if they get a return that was from online or from another one of their stores and that particular store does not carry it they will mark the merchandise down pretty cheap almost to 40% off just to get it out of the store. I score most of my Tory Burch items this way because the store I get them at does not usually carry them. And that is how I scored this....

Bracelet is by Chan Luu (ahmazing!) and was on sale for $127.50 originally $170 but I got it for $77 because it was marked down 40%!!!!! 

Whats Still In?

Hey everybody! Sorry that I have been totally MIA. I just got back from my trip to Maui and have been busy trying to catch up on sleep! Anyways, back to the madness.
While I was reading my latest issue of People Stylewatch I was inspired to talk about some styles that will still be hot for this upcoming Spring season!

1. Skinny jeans - Thank goodness because I just stocked up on some awesome skinny jeans from J Crew. They probably fit my body the best and its always hard for me to find jeans that fit my curves. J Crew, I love you! The Toothpick style with the zipper on the bottom is my favorite!

2. Zipper details - I have found a couple of cute dresses from Franchesca's Collections at MOA with awesome zipper detail in the front in back. In love!

3. Denim on denim - I never really got into this trend but it looks good on some people.
